Cassidy and Xena like to “help” around the spa, greeting clients with a big smile, getting guests water or warms, and rearranging the retail shelves.

Napping in the salt suite and playing in the water at the pedicure stations are among their favorite things to do at Waterside. They are occasionally seen outside, picking flowers, bird-watching or playing a puppy passing by on the core trail.

Ezra studied massage therapist at the Costa Rica school of massage where he was trained in various modalities and this certainly shows in his intuitive, wise, and skilled massage techniques. Aspiring to be an acupuncturist he's currently attending school also at CMC here in Steamboat. Free time leads Ezra toward anything outside like snowboarding, hiking, fishing, or playing the guitar.  

Ezra specializes in trigger point and myofascial connective tissue releases in addition to traditional massage therapy modalities. His signature massage use a unique point / counterpoint style of very intentional pressure to release muscle tightness and heal the body.

Cheerful and kind, Lindsey shares a love for massage therapy that shines through in her treatments. She has a great knowledge of the human body, it's intricacies, and sincerely enjoys applying her vast knowledge of body work - she specialized in cupping, hot stone, maternity, and deep tissue treatments. Lindsey enjoys doodling by the riverside, skiing, making pottery, and playing the guitar and mandolin.

She studied 2,000 hours of initial training and has practiced for over 30 years. She believes in keen insight at precise depth with the power to offer hope, bring change, and empowerment. She thoroughly enjoys stand up paddleboarding in the middle of Steamboat Lake, trail running around Hahn's Peak Lake, skate skiing at Catamount, or playing at home in the culinary arts.

Rhythmic and skilled, Norman is devoted to helping his guests enrich their daily lives by easing aches and pains in the body. Always positive and upbeat, Norman see's the best in every situation. Spending time between Whitefish, Montana and Steamboat Springs, Norman joins us for the winter ski season months as a massage therapist. His massage style incorporates stretching, forearm massage, and smooth repetition to calm tired muscles.
